Adoption of Standardised, Validated and Exclusive UPI IDs for Payment Collection as per SEBI Directive

In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DEPA-II/DEPA-II_SRG/P/CIR/2025/86, dated June 11, 2025, we have successfully implemented the mandated framework for "Adoption of Standardised, Validated and Exclusive UPI IDs for Payment Collection by SEBI Registered Intermediaries from Investors".

This SEBI directive is intended to enhance the safety, security, and transparency of fund transfers in the securities market and to provide investors with an assurance that their payments are being made to a verified and registered intermediary.

Key Points for Clients:

Availability of New UPI Facility: We have obtained our official, validated UPI handles as required by the circular. These are now active and available for receiving PMS-related funds from our registered clients.
Accessing the Validated UPI ID: To ensure that funds are accepted only from registered investors, the new UPI IDs are not displayed on this public website. Clients are requested to log in to their secure client portal to use UPI transfer via validated UPI handle.
Use of UPI is Optional: We wish to clarify that the use of this new UPI mechanism is optional for investors. All other existing, approved modes of fund transfer, such as NEFT, RTGS, or Cheques, remain fully functional and available for your convenience.
Action for UPI Users: If you choose to use UPI for payments, you are required to use only the new, validated UPI IDs.
