Savita Oil Technologies is a leading manufacturer of petroleum specialities, which include products such as petroleum sulphates, transformer oils / white oils and petroleum jellies, among other speciality products like Waxes and Wax Derivatives, Cable Filling Compound, Water Engine Coolant, etc.
Pari Washington India Master Fund – a Mauritius based entity of the CIM Group which held 727,664 shares representing 4.98% of the share capital, purchased an additional stake of 0.35%.
With this purchase its shareholding now stands at 778,943 shares or 5.33%. The stock closed at Rs. 588.75/- down close to 1%.
