The company has a portfolio of fashion brands that cover the entire gamut of fashion categories including formal menswear, casual wear, active or sportswear, women’s ethnic wear, women’s denim wear, women’s casual wear, footwear and accessories and are present across various price points.
IL&FS Trust Company (Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services) which held 44,701,314 shares or 23.58% prior to today’s deal, acquired 6,499,071 shares or 3.43%.
With this deal, its shareholding stands at 51,200,385 shares or 27%.
Future Enterprises (formerly known as Future Retail)
Future Retail is the flagship company of Future Group, India’s retail pioneer catering to the entire Indian consumption space. Through multiple retail formats, the company connects with diverse and passionate community of Indian buyers, sellers and businesses. The company operates multiple retail formats in both the hypermarket, supermarket and home segments of the Indian consumer market including Big Bazaar, Fashion at Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, Foodhall, HomeTown and Ezone.
IL&FS Trust Company (Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services) which held 29,346,410 shares or 7.55% prior to today’s deal, acquired 10,045,362 shares or 2.59%. This is a pledge by Future Retail and not a stake sale.
