Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) continue to be sellers in the market, despite having a single weak positive day on Monday. They have sold about Rs. 12,000 cr. in the markets, of which half is in debt markets. This data is till the 11th of May (yesterday).
With sales of 6,000 cr. in each of the debt and equity markets, it sure looks like FIIs are voting with their feet.
Note: If this continues, May will be the first month in a year that FIIs have sold debt in India.
