Speak Asia COO Tarak Bajpai Arrested

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday took online survey company Speak Asia COO Tarak Bajpai in custody. The online survey company has been accused of Rs 2000 crore scam. Speak Asia Online (SAOL) would be inspected under section 591 of the Companies Act, which is applicable on companies incorporated outside India and has established a place of business within the country, reports said.

This looks like the next step in the end of a ponzi scheme that went into advertising big time on TV and much more. This is after their recent announcement of an inability to pay people citing that banks didn’t want their money – which is a cruel joke.
